The deal, in plain terms.

GettingBooked (gettingbooked.app) is built and operated by Dimitris Kalaitzidis, an individual based in Greece — not a registered company. These terms use "we"/"us" to mean that operation, and are a companion to the Privacy Policy, which covers data specifically.

GettingBooked does not currently process payments of any kind. Whatever a business charges its members — cash, a bank transfer, a separate payment link, anything — happens entirely off-platform, between the business and its own customer. We have no visibility into and no responsibility for that transaction.

You need to be at least 16, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create a business or a member profile yourself. If your business serves minors directly (kids' classes, for instance), you're responsible for getting whatever consent applies to collecting a child's information — the same responsibility you'd have with a paper sign-up sheet.

• Keep the email address on your account accurate and accessible — it's how you sign in (there are no passwords) and how you're notified of anything that needs your attention.
• You're responsible for what happens under your business account, including actions taken by anyone you've shared sign-in access with.
• Use your business's real name — it becomes your public booking-page URL and can't be changed later.

You're responsible for having a legitimate basis to hold your members' contact details (they booked with you, or you added them as part of running your business) and for your own obligations to them — if you're a business subject to GDPR or similar rules in your own right, that compliance is yours to handle, the same as it would be with any other tool you used to manage customers.

• Register a real business you actually operate — not a placeholder, a duplicate of someone else's business, or an impersonation.
• Don't use GettingBooked to send spam, harass anyone, or do anything unlawful.
• Don't try to break, scrape at scale, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Don't resell or sublicense access to GettingBooked as if it were your own product.

Violating any of this is grounds for suspending or removing a business — see Section 08.

GettingBooked costs nothing today, and there's no obligation to pay now or in the future for what currently exists. We may introduce paid features down the line — if we do, existing free functionality won't be pulled out from under a business that's already relying on it without real, meaningful notice.

This is a free project run by one person, not a funded company with an uptime SLA. We can change, suspend, or discontinue any feature — or the service as a whole — at any time. We'll try to give real notice through the in-app "What's New" changelog or by email wherever realistically possible, but can't promise indefinite uptime or existence for a $0 service.

We may also suspend or remove a specific business's access for violating Section 06, for abuse of the platform, or — after the warning process described in the Privacy Policy — for prolonged inactivity.

You can delete your business at any time from Settings → Danger zone. This is permanent — every member, booking, and setting goes with it, and there's no recovery once confirmed.

GettingBooked is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed booking, lost revenue, a scheduling mistake — and our total liability for anything else is capped at what you've paid us for the service, which today is nothing.

This doesn't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow limiting — for example, liability for wilful misconduct, or consumer rights that can't be waived under Greek or EU law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence that can't be waived by agreement. Disputes not resolved informally fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.

The date at the top always reflects the latest version. A material change gets a note in the in-app "What's New" changelog, the same way a new feature would. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
