Put your class schedule on one page. Students book, cancel and join the waitlist themselves, inside the capacity and cancellation rules you set. No app to install, no password to remember.
What a yoga studio needs from a booking page
- A limit on every class. Each class has its own number of spots, and booking stops when they are taken. No more fourteen mats in a room for twelve.
- Your weekly timetable in one go. Add a recurring class once and every session is created for the weeks or months you choose.
- Booking from their phone. Students pick a class, enter their email and type the 6-digit code we send them. Under Your bookings they see what they have booked and can cancel it themselves.
- Cancellation rules you choose. You set how late a student can cancel and how much notice a booking needs. Students are warned before a cancellation counts as late. See how to write a late cancellation policy.
- Reminders the evening before. By default, students get an email reminder the evening before each class, with a calendar file and a link to cancel, so most cancellations come in early.
When a class is full
Students can join the waitlist from your booking page and see their place in the queue. When someone cancels, the spot is offered to the next person waiting and held for them for a set time. If they do not book it in time, it moves to the next person. Close to the class, it goes to everyone still waiting, and the first to book gets it. You do not have to do anything. Class packs and memberships
Create the plans you sell: class packs with a number of sessions, unlimited memberships, and plans with a weekly or monthly limit. Assign one to a student and you both see how many sessions they have left.
Turn on “Require active membership to book” and a student whose pack has no sessions left, or whose plan has run out, is told so when they try to book, instead of taking a spot they have not paid for. A waitlist spot skips them too. Leave it off and your schedule stays open to drop-ins.
Share it where your students are
Your studio gets one booking link. The Share tab has it ready for your Instagram bio and WhatsApp, a QR code to print for the studio wall, and a ready-made Instagram story with your name, link and QR code on it.
